Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
- A Minimum of 3-5 years solid training experience in the hotel Industry
- Excellent presentation skills and experience facilitating training for all levels
- Collaborates effectively with others to identify and resolve management issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesia
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Good Human Relation skills in all levels
