- Great guest focus & problem solving skills
- Handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, records and escalates as required
- Quality awareness – Food, Beverage, Maintenance, Service, Grooming, Set ups etc
- Sets goals & focuses for its execution, result oriented, creative, innovative
- Good F&B knowledge (specially handling Chinese weddings),Food safety
- Open minded, takes feedback well, provides timely feedback
- Multi project management and flexible with shifts and long hours work
- Liaison with other department specially catering sales, chefs, engineering, security & housekeeping, supports all
- Strong vendor management skills
- Previous Banquet Manager experience in a 5 star hotel
